Told fills job applications from what you tell us here, and only from that. It never makes up experience, so the more you tell it, the more it can fill.
It takes about 15 minutes. Skip anything you'd rather answer on each form; your progress is kept in this browser.
We never ask about gender, ethnicity, disability or similar. Forms that ask are answered by you, each time.
We'll read it and fill in what we can, so the rest is checking and adding what a CV leaves out.
The basics every form asks for.
Most forms ask for it in full.
Jobs, placements and internships, then education. Most recent first.
Application forms ask "why do you want to work here?" and "tell us about a time you…". Good answers need specifics a CV leaves out, so we'll ask, like an interviewer would. Answer in your own words; rough notes are fine. Every answer becomes a story you can edit below.
That's the interview done. Check your stories below, then carry on.
Drafts are written from these. Edit anything that isn't quite right.
Nearly every application asks these. Leave any you'd rather answer each time.
This is everything Told can put on a form. It's kept in your browser, not on our servers.
Told works by itself on the main application sites (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, Oracle…) and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Gradcracker…). Want it to spot job ads and forms on employers' own careers pages too?
